Over my past several years here at Sung Lee Taekwondo, I have grown both physically and mentally, overcoming my boundaries as an introvert and gaining confidence in my abilities. I have learned the importance of showing respect and perseverance as well as staying humble. Today, I am a new black belt and a proud member of both the Hwarang and Demo Team. I volunteer my time to partake in performances around the city and help around the dojang whenever possible. Examples of this are aiding in promotion tests and refereeing in tournaments.
The instructors and staff are very respectful and supportive; they always assist you in any way possible and make sure you know your curriculum and do it correctly. They are both caring and patient and know how to make your experience enjoyable. Noah Sir and Raxle Ma’am are great instructors who mix both discipline and fun in order to create a controlled and friendly learning environment.
Joining Sung Lee Taekwondo was a choice that I have never regretted and I suggest it to any new potential students that are scared to join.
